Lesson Cancellation Policy

Regardless of which payment option you choose, there will always be an opportunity to MAKE UP a missed lesson if notice is given 24 hours IN ADVANCE. Yes, of course, a child may come home from school sick and you would have to make an emergency cancellation. Our faculty understands the likelihood that this may occur, and they will do their best to provide a one time makeup if their schedule permits.

Emergency Cancellations

In any case of emergency, (serious illness or injury) please call our office ASAP.

Without prior notice, lessons will be forfeited with no credits or refunds.

Make-up Lesson Policy

  1. Each student family is entitled to TWO MAKEUP LESSONS, per semester. Parents and the main desk admins will keep track of these makeups to insure accuracy.

  2. Missed lessons must be made up within the month that they were missed, (if possible).

  3. Your instructor will provide you with three convenient options for makeup lessons and we kindly ask you to please accept one of their generous options.

Unfortunately too many families misunderstand the principle of makeup lessons hence causing teachers to be left with gaps in their schedule which severely affects their livelihood!

Withdrawal/ Refund Policy

Formal written notification must be given to the office, and, depending upon the situation, require a meeting with the school director and/or instructor. In the event that you must withdraw from Conservatory membership, we ask that you fill out the withdrawal form found here.

Teacher notification is not considered formal notice of withdrawal. Non-attendance is not considered a withdrawal.

TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

In the event that there is unused money in your account at the time of withdrawal, we may allow a credit memo to be used by any family member within two years of issue.
