We are a subsidiary of Yamaha Corporation of America, located in Buena Park, Calif., home of the US Company Headquarters.

Yamaha Japan prides itself on being the one and only international company that successfully developed early childhood music classes starting from the age of 3-7 years old. Together with parents and peers, these group lessons establish the foundation for a lifetime of successful music making. Once you and your child attend a trial class you will fully comprehend what all the “buzz” is about! There is no better way to acquire all the theoretical rudiments including ear training, note reading, keyboard experience, rhythm reading, ensemble participation and basic musicianship that lasts a lifetime.

The Yamaha faculty are dedicated and eager to work with young children and parents.

Committed to providing happy, rewarding first musical experiences, these college-trained musicians and educators have passed demanding tests in musicianship, while completing rigorous training prior to certification by the Yamaha Music Education System.
